27 Months!
We had a great Easter! We decided we were going to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa's, but we still wanted our own celebration, so we painted eggs and had a little Easter Egg hunt of our own. Adisyn loved finding the eggs and she got so excited after each one she found. It was a little rainy that day, so we hid them inside, but it was still fun! Afterwards I took some cute pictures of her with the eggs. She had so much fun!
First we colored the eggs....

The next morning, after church with Grandma and Grandpa, Adisyn had a Easter egg hunt outside - the weather was perfect!
Then, on April 3rd, we decided to take a little drive. We ended up at Lake Lure:
http://lakelure.com/. It's just a short drive up the country roads into North Carolina and it is most famous for some of the scenes in Dirty Dancing. They filmed the watermelon scene where she's walking down the long staircase and when they are in the water practicing dancing. We spontaneously decided on taking a boat ride, since we've never been there, to see the lake. Adisyn loved being on the boat! We even saw an eagle!

The weather is getting warmer and it is fun to be able to get outside more! We can't wait to see what the spring and summer will bring!
